Registered Nurse Per Diem
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Per Diem team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. As a Registered Nurse Per Diem, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being. Our facility is dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment, and we are looking for a motivated and patient-focused individual to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare team members
Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive healthcare records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a focus on excellent patient care
