New Car Sales Specialist **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus** Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin
Pay Range: $50,000 - $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities - Build lasting relationships and create lifelong customers
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the right vehicles and products
- Become a product expert and confidently demonstrate features and technology
- Handle objections and succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on goals and performance
Qualifications - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
Training Program - Guaranteed income during training-minimum $2,500/month for the first 90 days
