We're looking for motivated, licensed Health Insurance Agents who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy helping clients find the right coverage, and want to grow with an expanding company.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls only from individuals exploring health insurance options — no cold calling or outbound prospecting.
• Help clients understand and enroll in Medicare, ACA health plans, and supplemental hospital indemnity plans through Manhattan Life.
• Match clients with suitable coverage based on their needs and eligibility.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Complete required product training and carrier contracting as part of onboarding.
• Maintain accurate enrollment information and follow applicable insurance sales and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license required.
• No active Medicare appointment.
• Must be able to begin contracting without requiring a release from a current agency.
• Available to work Saturdays during enrollment season.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
• Driven to hit sales goals and maximize commission earnings.
• Interested in long-term career growth with a growing agency.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Your compensation is based on hourly pay or commission, whichever is greater , depending on the product sold.

• Manhattan Life: $20 an hour plus the first month's premium on every deal (averages about $75 to $80 a deal).
• ACA: $18 an hour plus about $100 a deal.
• Medicare: $16 an hour, or a flat $100 per deal, whichever is greater. With at least 10 deals a week the agent is guaranteed about a $1,000 paycheck.
• No tier system on Medicare. Many agencies make agents hit 25 deals before they earn full commission. AP pays $100 from deal one.
• Their job ad says up to $100K+ in the first year compensation terms.

No Medicare commission tiers. Earn the full $100 per Medicare deal from your very first sale — no need to hit a minimum production threshold before qualifying for full commission.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ in their first year , depending on production, eligibility, and the applicable compensation plan.

Schedule

During Enrollment Season

• Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–8:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM–7:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Enrollment-season schedules apply during the current enrollment period through December 7 and again from January 1 through March 31.

Outside Enrollment Season

• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Saturday availability is required during enrollment season. Confirm the regular schedule and any applicable days off during the interview.
