About the Firm
Ferrari & Associates is a boutique law firm in the heart of Washington, D.C., practicing exclusively in U.S. economic sanctions law and matters before the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We are a close-knit team of about a dozen attorneys and professionals, and we handle some of the most complex sanctions matters in the country. The office runs on people who take ownership of their work.
The Role
We are hiring a full-time, in-person Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, and to keep our office at 655 15th Street NW running smoothly. This is a front-desk and office-support position. It is not a paralegal or executive assistant role. We are looking for someone who will enjoy being the face and voice of the firm, keeping our work suite organized, and supporting a busy legal team with the day-to-day.
Our team works in the office Monday through Thursday, and the Receptionist is on site those days from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The position is four days per week.
