Whether it's pre-cut wholesale, retail, schools, hospitals, restaurants, or hotels, Edible Cuts provides the freshest products to every client. Our wide variety of offerings provide cost-effective options to a kitchen of any size. Edible Cuts is growing and we are currently hiring for a Food Production Supervisor.Responsibilities:Oversee the packaging process and ensure it runs smoothly. Operating the filling line, packaging products properly, palletizing, labeling and working in a fast-paced and safe environment.Ensure that packaged product makes it safely to the warehouse or distribution center.Make sure employees follow company guidelines and proceduresEnsure standards of product quality, allergens, equipment and performance are maintained in order to maximize productionDirect, coordinate and plan facility daily activities to ensure production goals are met in a safe, timely and cost-effective mannerMake recommendations to upper management about service/purchase of equipment as neededTake corrective action as necessary in a timely manner in accordance with company policyQualifications:5+ years prior experience working in food manufacturing industryBilingual in English and SpanishKnowledge of FDA, USDA Food and safety regulations and labeling knowledgeExcellent Organization and Multi-tasking SkillsHigh attention to detailMust to be familiar with Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work in cold environmentFlexibility with schedule and available to work overtime when neededBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, VL, Accident, Critical Illness Insurance401-k with employer matchVacation and PTO/sick daysJob Type: Full-timeLanguage: Spanish and English (Required)Ability to Commute: Kenosha, WI (Required)Work Location: In personSalary: From $70,000 per year
