Position: Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney

Location: Miami, Florida

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid

A respected boutique litigation defense firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing Medical Malpractice team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience handling sophisticated Medical Malpractice matters while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.

You'll have the opportunity to manage cases through all phases of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation. The role offers meaningful client interaction, early case responsibility, and exposure to complex, high-stakes litigation.

What You'll Do:

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
\n
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
\n
• Take and defend depositions.
\n
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
\n
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to develop case strategy.
\n
• Manage your own caseload while receiving mentorship from experienced litigators.
\n

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Bar license.
\n
• 3+ years of experience with medical malpractice
\n
